Tozando Shogoin Store

The Soul of the Samurai Lives Here.

A Specialty Store for Traditional
Japanese Weapons and Armor

Tōzandō Shōgoin Store is a specialty shop for traditional Japanese weapons such as Japanese swords, iaitō (practice swords), and armor.

As one of the largest specialty stores for martial arts equipment, it was opened in 2007 in Okazaki, Kyoto, by Tōzandō Co., Ltd., which is headquartered in Nishijin, Kyoto.

Japanese swords and armor vividly express the soul of the samurai, evoking a natural sense of reverence not only among martial artists but also among the Japanese people.

Going beyond martial arts, this store was established under the concept of the “Samurai Spirit”—ultimately, the “Spirit of Japan.” This is Tōzandō Shōgoin Store.
